TS Recruitment are actively working with a Dry Lining Contractor who are looking to add an additional Site Manager to their major project running until March 2026 with further work nationwide thereafter.
Benefits

- 7.30-4.30 site hours (some additional hours required at times)
Job Role & Responsibilities of theSite Manager:
- No2SiteManager onan£11 milliondry wall and ceilingprojectreporting into a Project Manager
- Work is onHinkley point power station on offices and the power station
- Manage direct labour and sub-contractors offering technical advice when needed.
- Oversee quality control / snagging lists uploadinginformation on field wireand field view
- Providing regular site updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure health hand safety processesand procedures are followedand carry out site inductions and tool boxtalks.
- Attend Site Management meetings updatingmain contractors.
- Order materials and plant for site

Knowledge/Experience:
- A strong technical knowledge on drywall and ceilings.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First aid qualifications
- NVQ Level 6 in Site Management
- Preferably a fixer by trade
- Good IT skills and able to complete technical reports
- A proven track record of delivering similar projects
- DBS checks and site vetting process before commencement of employmen
