High profile Architect Project Manager opportunity to join growing quick services restaurant chain. As the Architect Project Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and remodeeling the existing shop estate as well as fitting out new stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting new store fit outs and refurbishments
- Project management of of shop fits
- Prepare scale drawings including GA plans, kitchen and front of house, elevations, etc
- Fully laid out kitchen drawings and project management
- Conducting site surveys and drawings
- Dealing with statutory bodies in achieving planning and signage consents
Qualifications
- Degree in Architectural Technology or similar
- Full UK Driving license required and car owner
- Project Management experience in construction / fit out sector, preferably within retail or restaurants.
- High Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ideally SMSTS qualified
