Job Title: Construction Manager (MEPH)
Location: Bristol
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000
I am working with a Contractor on a large project in Bristol, this project is due to be completed at the end of 2026 and is a £40 million apartments project.
The client is seeking a seasoned M&E Construction Manager to join the team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead high-quality residential apartment projects, ensuring the seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems within complex construction environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all M&E aspects of residential apartment projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with design teams, construction personnel, and M&E subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead site teams, ensuring adherence to health & safety protocols.
Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Manager with expertise in M&E systems.
Strong background in managing residential apartment developments.
Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and coordinate M&E installations.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) preferred.
