Construction Project ManagerMultistorey Car Park Build ProjectsBristolAutonomy, Career Progression & Encouraged Training£60,000 - £70,000 This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join a market leading contractor specialising in multi storey car park build across the UK, offering a senior role with further career progression opportunities and encouraged training and support alongside a generous salary.

This well-established contractor are market leaders within the multi storey car park construction sector offering a full design, production and build of steel car park structures. Originating from Europe, they have capitalised on the UK market in the last 15 years, working across England, Scotland and Wales and pride themselves on the quality of their work and service. Now due to company growth and a new project in Bristol they are looking for a Project Manager to join the team.

In this role you will be site based on a multi storey car park build based in Bristol as the number one Project Manager on site. You will be responsible for overall running of the project including, overseeing site managers, liaising with clients and stakeholders, managing all logistics, ensuring health and safety standards are met and ensuring the project runs to budget, time and specification. The Bristol project is due to last approximately 12 months with further nationwide projects lined up to follow. You will also be expected to visit the Slough office on a weekly/biweekly basis.

This role is suited to a highly motivated construction professional with Project Management experience on large scale construction build projects from groundworks to handover who is confident in leading a project as number 1. Full UK licence is essential.
