The contractor works within a radius of around 30 miles from Bristol, a refurbishment specialist working on a mix of projects from student accommodation, Education, Commercial, and general builds.

They are seeking a Contracts Manager, with experience of working on projects up to £ 3 million.

For this role the client is seeking candidates with a strong background in refurbishments.

You will need good at problem solving, a strong planner, well organised and good with administration.

You will work alongside an experienced operations team but be required to work independently.

You will be able to foster strong client relationships to help generate ongoing/repeat business.
