Engineering Manager duties include -
- Oversee the development and launch of new products within budget and timeline constraints.
- Collaborate with clients on technical aspects and resolve non-conformances.
- Lead a team of engineers to implement new and existing products.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Develop a long-term technology strategy and manage new capex installations.
- Support the sales team with technical expertise and manufacturing feasibility.
Engineering Manager desirable skills and experience -
- Experience in NPI industrialisation and production optimisation.
- A proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams.
- Proactive work ethic and self-motivation to drive continuous improvement.
- Relevant manufacturing/mechanical engineering education (HND/HNC).
