Our client, based in Bristol, is currently recruiting for a Project Co-Ordinator on a permanent contract.

The position is due to start in April on a full-time basis on notice. The salary is circa £35k.

The ideal candidate will have experience liaising with residents and clients, and strong Excel skills.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Utilising knowledge of stock condition surveying projects and organising contracts and surveyors on the job
  • Inputting, analysing and extracting data from Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, creating reports, trackers and charts for management when required
  • Dealing with queries from Surveyors, residents, management and clients promptly and efficiently
  • Sending out letters to residents and stakeholders and dealing with all liaison for multiple projects
  • Using excellent social and organisational skills to ensure projects are completed smoothly, with minor delays and high efficiency

Experience required:

  • Microsoft Excel

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Enthusiastic, keen, initiative, social, personable character
  • Organised and efficient
  • Good time-keeping

Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:30am – 5pm
