Project Planner

Paying up to £660p/d (Inside IR35)

3-month contract

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements.
  • Developing project plans - defining project scope, deliverables, tasks, and timelines.
  • Creating detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
  • Assess resource requirements and allocate personnel, equipment, and materials for project tasks.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance against the established schedule.
  • Identify potential delays or risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Create progress reports and present them to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Identifying potential risks and uncertainties that could impact project timelines.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage changes to the project schedule resulting from scope changes or unforeseen events.
  • Assess the impact of changes on project timelines and communicate adjustments to stakeholders.

Experience required:

  • Experience with MOD Net /MS Suite of tools /DE&S project management and risk tools
  • Experience in supporting Project Delivery in an MOD / DE&S environment
  • Managing Successful Programs (MSP)
  • APMP - Project Management
