Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join one of our Bristol based clients on a full-time interim contract

Daily duties of the Senior Construction Project Manager consist of:

Responsible for the effective shaping, planning and delivery of large-scale capital construction projects
Ensure that safe working practices are adopted by employees
Plan and deliver projects on time, to budget and to the desired outcome through the application of a variety of different project management methods
Use the plans to collaboratively drive, monitor and report on progress of works
Forecast timescales, completion, resources and costs effectively

Essential experience of the Senior Construction Project Manager:

Previously worked within Social Housing
Experienced in delivering large-scale capital construction projects
Experience working within a Construction Project Manager role
