Senior Construction Project Manager

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join one of our Bristol based clients on a full-time interim contract

Daily duties of the Senior Construction Project Manager consist of:

  • Responsible for the effective shaping, planning and delivery of large-scale capital construction projects
  • Ensure that safe working practices are adopted by employees
  • Plan and deliver projects on time, to budget and to the desired outcome through the application of a variety of different project management methods
  • Use the plans to collaboratively drive, monitor and report on progress of works
  • Forecast timescales, completion, resources and costs effectively

Essential experience of the Senior Construction Project Manager:

  • Previously worked within Social Housing
  • Experienced in delivering large-scale capital construction projects
  • Experience working within a Construction Project Manager role
