Location: Commutable to Bristol
Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + discretionary bonus
Benefits: Company van & full comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Estimator - Roof Access & Fall Protection Systems will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with a highly manufactured rang of roof access & fall protection systems such as: guardrails, walkways & structures, platforms, stairs, step overs, fixed ladders, caged ladders, step ladders
- Dealing with inbound enquiries via website, telephone and email
- Liaising with customers to gain a full understanding of requirements and projects
- Offering technical guidance and advice to clients
- Analyse drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of projects
- Producing take offs and quotes on the back of enquiries and talking through the quote with the client
- Build and develop relationships with clients throughout the process to encourage repeat business
- Quoting for works ranging in value from £3,000 to £100,000
The ideal applicant will be Estimator - Roof Access & Fall Protection Systems with:
- Must have estimating / sales estimating experience within the construction market sector
- Ideally will have experience within the construction safety sector dealing with roof access & fall protection systems such as: guardrails, walkways & structures, platforms, stairs, step overs, fixed ladders, caged ladders, step ladders
- Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
- Must be personable and provide excellent customer service
- Culture fit: positive "can do attitude", team player, strives to learn & improve, adaptable, and acts with integrity
- Organised, have high attention to detail and good time management skills
