We are partnering with a renowned property management company who are looking to appoint a Regional H&S Advisor to join their Health and Safety team covering the South West region. This position will see you supporting on Health and Safety across a diverse property portfolio and would suit a candidate with experience working in a H&S position within the property/FM sector. Our client offers hybrid working, with two/three days a week in the Bristol office.
The Regional Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for:
Developing, implementing and managing the Health and Safety polices and procedures across different business units
Conducting audits and site inspections and ensuring relevant training and inductions are delivered
Driving safety initiatives and working in line with the ISO management systems
Providing Health and Safety advice, guidance and support across all levels
The Regional Health and Safety Advisor will have:
The right to work in the UK
A full driving licence and be willing to travel regionally
Hold a NEBOSH General Certificate/ equivalent as a minimum, ideally Diploma or working towards
Have 2+ years of H&S experience, ideally within FM/ Property Management environments
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
