Role: Contact Centre Sales Team Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: 34,000-36,000 + OTE
Office based, 5 days a week
Mon-Fri, shifts between 7am-8pm
Full Time, Permanent
CCA are proud to be partnered with a market leading UK brand who are looking to recruit a new Contact Centre Sales Team Manager.
You will lead and motivate a team of circa 15FTE sales advisors focused on outbound communications. The focus of this team is memberships renewals, ensuring customers enjoy a positive and seamless renewals experience. You will ensure your team hits it's sales targets and KPI's, motivating and driving them to succeed whilst delivering world-class customer service.
The role of Contact Centre Sales Team Manager:
- Leading a team of circa 15 contact centre sales and retention advisors.
- Implementing standards and best practice to ensure the team meets it's commercial objectives.
- Develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Coach and mentor to get the best out of your team on a daily basis.
- Consistently meet targets and drive your team to hit personal goals.
- Ensure that all coaching is documented effectively, and coaching sessions are followed up regularly.
- You will be required to deliver outstanding levels of customer service whilst achieving sales, productivity and retention targets.
The Person:
- Experience of a Team Manager/Leader role in an sales focused contact centre environment.
- Ability to coach and develop people to reach their potential.
- Experience of consistently hitting monthly targets in an inbound/outbound sales environment.
- Experience of working in an environment with an Outbound Dialler.
