Job Description:
A leading contractor based in Bristol is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee 3-4 commercial projects simultaneously. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable company, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple commercial projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Manage project budgets, procurement, and resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contractual obligations.
- Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing multiple commercial construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.
- Full driving license for site travel.
