The contractor specialise in refurbishments between one & five million throughout the South West; hospitals, schools to name a few examples. Due to winning a large client contract they have the capacity, want and drive for a contracts manager.
The individual the contractor are looking for can manage up to 5 projects at once of various values, the contractor pride themselves of communication and therefore liaising external and internally is essential.
