HVAC Contract Manager

The Opportunity

Lambull is an exclusive partner with a global engineering & manufacturing company continuing to expand its UK business and is looking to appoint an ambitious contract manager.

The Role / Responsibilities

In this role, your main functions and responsibilities will be to manage customer orders, communicate with customers, manage all aspects of the projects, and look a key commercial and financials of these projects including invoicing and sale forecasting while keep a track of all key systems and operations within the department/business.

You will:

  • Check handover documents to ensure the order, quotation, and cost sheets match.
  • Prepare and place equipment on order with our factory/sub-contractors
  • Maintain and update system records
  • Raise order acknowledgement and communicate with our customer
  • Prepare and send an order acknowledgement
  • Liaise with the customer and the factory to arrange delivery of the equipment
  • Arrange transportation to collect the equipment
  • Produce and Issue RAMS if required
  • Attend site meetings if required
  • Manage communications between the customer and the factory
  • Respond to ad hoc admin requests by management
  • Raise invoice for the delivered goods
  • Take due care of yourself and others in respect of Health and Safety.

The Person

  • Experience: You will have a background in contract management, project management, logistics or maybe have a bene in a customer service, and sales background within a technical environment. Or similar industry
  • Skills: Organised/methodical, self-motivated, flexible with strong communication skills.
