Commercial Real Estate Paralegal – Bristol

My client is a leading international law firm that is seeking an experienced commercial real estate paralegal to be a part of its UK real estate team in Bristol. This UK team offers advice across major development companies, banks, pension funds, private investors and retail funds.

Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Real Estate paralegal, you will:

  • Manage a busy caseload of commercial Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Draft, negotiate and complete transactional documents
  • Handle tasks such as short-term leases, licenses to occupy, licenses to assign, licenses for alterations, surrenders, deeds of variation/easement and rent reviews
  • Oversee completion and post-completion activities

About You

  • Previous experience as a real estate fee-earning paralegal or trainee legal executive
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of work
  • Excellent time management skills to handle competing deadlines
  • Either a degree in law or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential (CILEX candidates are also welcome)
