The Role

As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for:

Managing your own caseload, including sales via auction, transfers of equity, and business client transactions.
Overseeing all aspects of property transactions, from contract drafting to completion.
Reviewing key documents, managing client due diligence, and resolving queries.
Working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Ensuring compliance and providing an excellent client service throughout.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

Have prior experience in Residential Conveyancing, with a strong caseload handling background.
Be confident in both written and verbal communication.
Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload.
Possess a proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks.
