As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for:

• Managing your own caseload, including sales via auction, transfers of equity, and business client transactions.
• Overseeing all aspects of property transactions, from contract drafting to completion.
• Reviewing key documents, managing client due diligence, and resolving queries.
• Working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Ensuring compliance and providing an excellent client service throughout.

The successful Conveyancer will:

• Have prior experience as a residential conveyancer, with a strong caseload handling background.
• Be confident in both written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload.
• Possess a proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks.
• Be committed to professional development and career growth.
