RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER

Location: Bristol

Hybrid working 2 days per week in office

Working with a kind and cohesive team within a successful firm with several offices in England, this role requires somebody to assist with their growing caseload and offers excellent future career development!

Our client will consider you if you are:

  • Licensed Conveyancer or Qualified Solicitor
  • Min 2 Years in residential conveyancing

Your role will include but not limited to:

  • Manage a case load with a minimum supervision within residential conveyancing
  • Be accountable for individual financial performance, proper recording of time, and excellent client care.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationship with clients and other professionals.
  • Advising clients in relation to non-contentious residential property transactions and legal issues as set out above.
  • Attending clients by phone and face-to-face, both at the office and remotely.
  • Obtaining instructions and advising on course(s) of action, length, and cost of case (as appropriate).
  • Corresponding with the client, estate agents, solicitors, and other third-parties.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day progress of your matters, prioritising work as necessary and keeping clients regularly informed of progress.
  • Meeting targets set from time to time by the firm.
