About our client:

Our client is a well-respected law firm based in Bristol, known for their commitment to excellence and client-centred approach. They are seeking an experienced Conveyancer with at least 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their supportive team.

Role Overview:

As a Conveyancer, your main responsibility will be handling a varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. You will work closely with clients, ensuring a seamless conveyancing experience and timely completion of each transaction. Strong attention to detail, in-depth knowledge of conveyancing law, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and progress a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
  • Provide expert legal advice on property transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Utilise case management systems effectively to streamline processes and improve client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Qualified conveyancer with at least 5 years PQE.
  • Proven experience managing a varied caseload independently.
  • Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and client-care skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and manage deadlines efficiently.
