Job Title: Residential Conveyancer Salary: DOEHours: Part Time. 24.75 hours. 3 days a week. Location: Bristol, hybrid after probation. Your day to day:Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers, with the support of two assistants, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts, raising enquiries, exchanges, and compliance checks. Networking and marketing when required. The ideal applicant:* Local market knowledge* Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) or Licensed Conveyancer * Experienced in Residential Property transactions from inception to completion.
