You will deliver online and face-to-face coaching sessions, ensuring learners develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to succeed.This role is primarily remote, with some face-to-face learner support at client premises and monthly team meetings at the head office.Key Responsibilities:? Deliver Level 5 Operational Departmental Manager, Level 3 Team Leader, and other Business & Management apprenticeships? Experience in delivering Level 4 Associate Project Management (APM) is highly desirable? Provide one-to-one and group coaching sessions, both online and in person? Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, ensuring timely completions? Conduct regular progress reviews, track learner progress, and provide constructive feedback? Develop and deliver high-quality learning materials and resources tailored to individual learner needs? Ensure all teaching, learning, and assessment activities align with Ofsted and ESFA requirements? Use e-portfolio systems to track and monitor learner progress efficiently? Prepare learners for End-Point Assessment (EPA) by delivering mock assessments, guiding them through Gateway, and providing exam support? Collaborate with employers to ensure apprenticeship training aligns with workplace needs and learner development? Provide pastoral support, ensuring learners remain motivated and engaged throughout their learning journey? Take part in monthly standardisation meetings to ensure consistency in assessment and delivery practices?
