We are seeking an Early Careers Specialist to join a dynamic team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a hybrid role, 2/3 days a week in the office.In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Resourcing Partner to deliver an exceptional experience for trainees and apprentices throughout their development journey. Your contribution will be pivotal in shaping their growth, ensuring they feel supported and empowered to succeed.Key Responsibilities:Provide Guidance and Support: Act as a trusted advisor for trainees and apprentices, offering tailored advice throughout their programme.Coordinate Rotations: Partner with the resourcing team to manage trainee rotations, aligning organisational needs with individual preferences.Review Performance: Monitor and assess trainee progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.Manage Secondments: Oversee secondment opportunities, ensuring clear communication and smooth processes.Gather Feedback: Conduct satisfaction surveys to measure engagement and identify areas for improvement.Facilitate Focus Groups: Lead sessions to capture insights and enhance the overall experience for trainees and apprentices.Support Recruitment Activities: Assist in organising assessment centres, career fairs, and other attraction initiatives.The Successful CandidateA solid understanding of talent management, with experience supporting trainees, apprentices, or early-career graduates.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.A collaborative approach to building positive relationships with colleagues and programme participants.Problem solving skills to address challenges and drive improvements.High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all processes.Adaptability to respond to changing business needs with a proactive attitude.Perhaps you work as an in house Talent Acquisition Partner but with an eye to supporting emerging talent.
