Training Specialist (FTC 6 months)

Location:Bristol

Hybrid: 1 day on-site / 4 days at home

Salary:£38,000 - £41,500.

Job Summary:

You'll spearhead engaging training for the entire team from Customer Service gurus to Sales Specialists. Your goal? Ensure everyone's ready to guide customers smoothly into ownership of new products, covering everything from qualification to propositions.

You'll lead blended training programs, delving deep into key topics to enhance customer experiences. Whether in virtual sessions or in-person classrooms, you'll keep groups engaged and progressing, ensuring each learner leaves with clear development goals.

Youll collaborate with Coordinators to schedule training and meet deadlines using Learning Management Systems.

The Role:

As a Training Specialist you will

Lead engaging training for Customer Services employees and Sales Specialists.

Ensure comprehensive understanding of new propositions among learners.

Develop and deliver blended training programs covering key topics.

Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for groups of approximately 10 learners.

Monitor call trends and training needs, providing feedback to enhance content.

Collaborate with Support Coordinators to schedule and deliver training.

Utilise Learning Management Systems to track learner progress and meet delivery deadlines.
