Join the team at a Private Training Provider as a Management Tutor for apprentices! Are you passionate about educating apprentices, school leavers, and mature students? Do you possess the skills to create engaging lessons and nurture a supportive learning environment? If so, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering high-quality educational programmes in Team Leadership and Operational Management.
- Travel to different apprentice sites to assess and tutor.
- Providing support and guidance to students and addressing challenges (there are opportunities to become an Assessor too).
- Integrating industry experience into teaching to offer practical insights.
- Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities.
Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience):
- Preferably holds a relevant degree in business or management.
- Extensive experience in delivering the ODML5 apprenticeship standard.
- Full UK Driving License with access to your own vehicle.
- Relevant industry expertise or tutoring, training or teaching experience.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education.
- Commitment to promoting student welfare and fostering inclusivity.
