Whether you're an experienced bid writer or someone with excellent writing skills and a solid understanding of the recruitment industry, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:?? Writing persuasive, well-structured bids and proposals for new business opportunities?? Collaborating with Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams to create winning content?? Managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring every proposal meets client needs?? Developing and maintaining a library of up-to-date bid content tailored to our services?? Supporting strategy development, ensuring bids align with company goals?? Tracking bid outcomes and contributing to the continuous improvement of our process

What We're Looking For:?? Experience: Previous bid writing experience OR a strong understanding of the recruitment industry with excellent writing skills?? Skills: Strong research, writing, and editing skills; attention to detail?? Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines?? Collaboration: Team player with great communication skills?? Software Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office Suite and bid management tools is a plus
