About you
You will be an experienced professional with proven experience in credit control and debt collection.
The role
As a Credit Controller, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Follow end-to-end credit control processes
- Creating payment plans for clients
- Maintain and update clients’ accounts with BACS statements, remittance advice and credit card receipts
- Issue statements to customers and internal departments
- Complete credit searches on new credit applications received
- Provide invoices and reports for the sales department and clients
- Issue month-end invoicing
What the client has to offer
- A salary level of up to £25,000 to £30,000
- Hybrid working policy (after training period is complete)
