Core3 are delighted to recruit a Credit Control/Customer relations advisor for one of the UK's leading organisations based in Bristol for a 10-month contract

How you'll make an impact

Reporting to the Customer Accounts Team Leader, involves overseeing outstanding balances on agreements for the clients , Agency and Customers. This includes reaching out to customers proactively to understand reasons for overdue payments, handling queries, and resolving complaints.

What you'll get in return

Salary: £33,000 to £35,000
