Robert Half are working with a a dynamic and growing organisation based in central Bristol. Their finance team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Credit Controller to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate, or customer focused professional, looking to make the move into finance.

This is a permanent, office based role.

Your Role:As a Credit Controller, you'll be a key player in managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments. You'll collaborate with clients and internal teams, making a real impact on the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contacting customers to resolve overdue accounts and ensure timely payments.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to maintain positive cash flow.
  • Handling account queries, ensuring accurate records, and managing disputes effectively.
  • Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks related to credit control.
  • Working to meet team and individual targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

About You:We're looking for someone with:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • A high level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
  • A degree in business, finance, or a related subject is an advantage but not required.
