Reporting into both the Legal and Finance Directors, you will be tasked with -

  • Daily banking and allocation of receipts
  • Paying in cheques
  • Chasing remittance advice of unallocated payments
  • Issuing debtor letters and customer statements
  • Chasing and collecting overdue invoices
  • Agreeing payment plan arrangements
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Updating priority debt reports
  • Issuing and posting invoices and credit notes
  • Producing daily invoice reports for The Board
  • Processing refund requests
  • Credit checking new clients
  • Completing supplier forms
  • Updating revenue recognition boards
