Morgan McKinley are delighted to be working with a well established business in Central Bristol looking for a Credit Controller. This is a great opportunity to join a well established Credit Control team within a busy finance team.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Communicate with clients to confirm receipt of invoices and expected payment timelines.
  • Ensure timely distribution of account reminders, statements, and other relevant communications.
  • Escalate unresolved issues and highlight potential risks to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions using the assigned management system.
  • Conduct account reconciliations when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to address outstanding payments and related concerns.
  • Follow up on unidentified payments and ensure accurate allocation.
  • Provide responsive and efficient support tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships to mitigate risks and support satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Investigate and resolve payment-related queries, including reissuing invoices or credit notes.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.
