We are supporting a growing company to support with the recruitment of a Senior Credit Controller. This role is based in Bristol and is paying £33,000 - £38,000 depending on experience. To be successful in this role you must have experience managing a team and implementing processes. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Credit Controller: - 70% credit control duties including approving late fee applications, collecting over due debts, resolving customer queries - 30% process improvement and implementation, working to standardise all processes - Supporting and coaching 5 direct reports, ensuring they are following best practises - Performing root cause analysis to understand where there are any gaps in processes - Reduce backlog of overdue payments Key Skills for the Senior Credit Controller: - Experience managing a small team - Strong experience as a lead within a credit control setting - Previous experience with process implementation/improvement - Understanding on litigation/ small claims court trigger points Please apply as directed!
