Telephone Support Advisor

Are you comfortable with speaking to customers on a day to day basis looking to be heavily invested in whilst working for an Engineering company where you will provide technical support and be trained on CAD with future scope of career progression?

This is a great opportunity for someone who is customer service focussed that is interested in design or engineering products that wants to start their career and be fully trained with great career prospects.

This role will suit someone with a customer service attitude and an interest in engineering or design looking for training.

The Role:

  • Office based Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • Responsible for handling incoming queries by receiving phone calls, emails, portal, and live chats. Responding to these within the agreed target time and meeting any agreed personal targets.
  • To diagnose, log, action and follow through to resolution cases, including escalations whilst keeping the customer informed of progress.
  • Ensure cases are kept up to date, ensuring any outstanding cases are managed in line with agreed demarcations.

The Person:

  • Customer service focused background with an interest in engineering or design
