Robert Half are currently recruiting for a Call Centre Analyst to join the team in a newly created role.

This role will be supporting Clinical centres within the organisation, looking into the data to support in rota productions, schedule efficiency, staffing requirements and SLA's.

Previous experience within a call centre analyst role will be crucial to succeeding in this role, along with being an adaptable and excited by change.

Full responsibilities are below -

  • Responsible for the maintenance of the Workforce Management System including - Planning for Shift patterns, Forcasting call volumes
  • Improve Schedule efficiency using real time date to ensure optimum staffing numbers are forcast
  • Monitor Productivity and performance against KPI's of individuals and teams
  • Provide solutions to staffing deficits and Call answer rates
  • Bring new ideas forward to support growth within the immediate and wider teams

To be successful in this role you will need to have an Analyst background Ideally in a Call Centre environment.
