Responsibilities:Are you ready to deliver outstanding customer service? Join our client as a Contact Centre Advisor and play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction! Here's what you'll do:

Handle incoming calls for new quotes, job bookings, and queries with a smile.Validate job bookings and ensure that parts are checked and authorised before appointments.Make outbound calls to customers who haven't yet booked appointments-let's get them sorted!Process insurance authorisation requests with precision.Manage email correspondence and keep branch managers updated on bookings.Support branches in meeting targets and achieving excellence.Maintain accurate and concise job notes-details matter!

Performance Indicators:Your success will be measured by:

Ensuring jobs are booked and validated as per contract.Achieving productivity targets-let's aim high!Answering calls within 20 seconds, with less than 4% call abandonment.Acknowledging and responding to emails on the same day.

Health and Safety: Safety is a priority! You'll ensure safe working practises and report any hazards.Participate in risk assessments and act as a safety role model.

Working Pattern:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Shifts from 08:30-17:00, with one week every four weeks from 09:30-18:00.Occasional Saturday working after the training period-shorter day, paid at overtime.
