Signature Bristol are looking for Contact Centre Advisors to join one of their clients on a temporary basis starting 23rd September and lasting at least 4 weeks, with the potential to become permanent. You will be working with the Contact Centre Team to support students with queries, update information and signpost customers to the relevant support.

Based in Bristol City Centre, this role pays £12.00 per hour, plus holiday pay.

The company operate 7 days a week, of which you will work 5. There will be 2 days off per week. You will be required to work one weekend in four. Shift patterns can vary between 8am and 8pm.

This role will begin week commencing 23rd September.

Contact Centre Advisor responsibilities:
  • Answering queries, reporting incidents, and informing clients of system updates.
  • Using a variety of communication channels such as phone, webchat and email.
  • Record all information on the internal system.
  • Direct incoming queries to the correct department.
Contact Centre Advisor Key requirements:
  • Experience providing customer service.
  • Possessing a can-do attitude to support parents and students.
  • Able to handle some challenging calls such as welfare calls.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and support parents and students.
