We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented UK Repairs Co-ordinator to join our Customer Service team in Bristol, working on a hybrid basis from our offices in Hengrove.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth customer service and repair operations. As one of the primary contacts for repair and service customers, your ability to handle orders, quotations, and customer inquiries will be key to maintaining Radiodetections excellent reputation for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

-Handling customer enquiries, booking service/repair orders, and raising quotations.

-Assisting with collections, managing customer complaints, and providing support to external sales teams.

-Co-ordinating with the Service department and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication.

-Ensuring orders and quotations are processed accurately and efficiently.

Order Processing and Documentation:

-Reviewing customer purchase orders, maintaining accurate customer records in the database.

-Liaising with internal departments to resolve issues or delays in service.

-Handling requests for expedited orders and following up on outstanding items.

Continuous Improvement:

-Identifying process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

-Providing feedback to refine customer service practices and staying updated on product knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

-Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain matters clearly and professionally.

-Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring accuracy in data entry and order processing.

-Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

-Experience in a customer service role, with a positive and professional approach to problem-solving.
