Juice is excited to be working with a global customer service provider who is for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally address customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly, helpful manner
  • Assist with complaints, following up to ensure quick, accurate resolution
  • Support customers with home delivery issues and web-related concerns

Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian with good English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Customer-focused, with a strong passion for problem-solving
  • Excellent reasoning, analytical, and communication skills
  • Friendly, proactive, and able to handle challenging situations professionally
  • Previous experience in customer service or call centre environments is a plus
