Vacancy:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Client Experience Executive. The role is hybrid (following completion of probationary period) starting at 1 day a week at home with the possibility of moving to 2 days a week. The rest of the time will be onsite in Fishponds (free parking), Bristol working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.


The role:

You will work as part of the TGS Customer Operations team, responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience. Youll find no two days are the same as youll be taking care of a wide variety of customer needs from processing orders, providing build updates through to dealing with complaints and arranging logistics movements.


With exceptional communications skills, youll contribute to the growth of our client orderbank through building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers. Youll be responsible for your own group of clients providing updates, attending on-line and in person meetings, as well as dealing with queries by email and telephone.


Whilst in depth training will be given this role really will give you the opportunity to use your experience and initiative to deliver an excellent customer experience from order through to final delivery of a completed vehicle.


What were looking for:

Are you passionate about the customer experience? Are you a problem-solver with a can do attitude? If so, then wed like to hear from you. Its also likely youd be able to demonstrate the following :

  • Personable with a warm and friendly telephone manner
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships internally and externally
  • Experience in complaint handling / customer service
  • Exceptional organisational skills ability to track several projects, client accounts & activities simultaneously.
  • High degree of computer literacy, and attention to detail


Interviews:

Interviews will take place onsite in Bristol with the Customer Service Manager.


Start date:

ASAP. Subject to satisfactory employment checks.
