About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a small and friendly team at a leading trade supplier in Bristol. You'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping the business thrive. If you come from a trade background, that's a bonus-but it's not essential.
You'll be working closely with Diane, who will guide you through the role and only asks that you make a good cup of tea
Responsibilities:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and developing new sales opportunities.
Inputting orders into the in-house system and keeping sales records accurate and up to date.
Serving customers in branch and over the trade counter.
Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Greeting walk-in customers and assisting them with any queries or problems.
Skills and Experience:
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid numeracy and IT skills.
Knowledge of construction products desirable but not essential; full training provided
