Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Be the first point of contact for customers, efficiently addressing their service and vehicle repair needs to ensure outstanding satisfaction.
- Service Enquiries: Handle all enquiries via telephone, email, and in-person with a courteous and helpful demeanor.
- Courtesy Car Management: Coordinate the allocation and handover of courtesy cars, providing a seamless experience for our customers.
- Workshop Collaboration: Work closely with our workshop teams to ensure timely and effective completion of vehicle services.
- Sales Initiatives: Upsell additional services, service plans, and warranties, contributing to both customer value and business growth.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience in a dealership environment is essential.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with Pinnacle is a plus, but not mandatory.
- License: A full UK driving license is required.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage with customers and colleagues alike.
