Are you a friendly and professional individual with a knack for exceptional customer service? We are looking for a passionate Service Advisor to be the welcoming face of our dealership in Bristol!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Be the first point of contact for customers, efficiently addressing their service and vehicle repair needs to ensure outstanding satisfaction.
  • Service Enquiries: Handle all enquiries via telephone, email, and in-person with a courteous and helpful demeanor.
  • Courtesy Car Management: Coordinate the allocation and handover of courtesy cars, providing a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Workshop Collaboration: Work closely with our workshop teams to ensure timely and effective completion of vehicle services.
  • Sales Initiatives: Upsell additional services, service plans, and warranties, contributing to both customer value and business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience in a dealership environment is essential.
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with Pinnacle is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • License: A full UK driving license is required.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage with customers and colleagues alike.
