- Manage and maintain customer relationships in accordance with agreed SLAs.
- Lead and assist with continuous service delivery improvement initiatives including those for customer satisfaction, service performance quality, costs & risks.
- Ensure that potential or actual service disruptions are mitigated and resolved
- Service process creation and amendment
- Report against SLA and KPIs, review management information and provide detailed analysis, observations/insights and recommendations.
- Present in person, Teams, telephone and in writing
You will have the following skills and experience:
- You will need to have experience with data/order management
- You will ideally have worked in a B2B environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate data and solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- Investigation and problem solving skills are also key
