The Role:

Join a dynamic International Benefits team as a Client Service Specialist!

You'll support an Account Manager and manage your own client portfolio, handling day-to-day tasks like resolving invoice queries, managing client updates, and escalating issues to ensure top-notch service.

You'll also prepare reports, conduct market reviews, and collaborate with insurance partners.

This role is mostly email and phone-based, with occasional client meetings.
