Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Advisor to join our client, a printing business whose customers range from other businesses within the legal, construction and architecture industries to students.

Your role will be to provide great customer service to all customers, to ensure their orders are printed and to complete any administration tasks. The hourly rate is £11.44 per hour and this is a full-time, Monday to Friday position located in Queens Square, Bristol.

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
  • Contract Type: Temporary ongoing

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Advisor:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers and ensuring their request is dealt with
  • Processing and packing the printing orders
  • Completing any administration duties including responding to emails
  • Taking payments over the phone and in person
  • Liaising with the Production Manager to ensure customer needs are met

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Advisor:

  • Good customer service skills is required
  • A friendly and positive approach
  • The ability to multi-task is essential due to the nature of the role
  • You should be quite flexible and be able to work in different areas when necessary
  • Good administration skills is necessary
