I'm currently recruiting for a Client Services Administrator to join a well-established client in BS1 on a full-time, temporary basis (with the possibility for extension).
The role is to start in the next couple of weeks, with an hourly rate of £13.22.
The hours are 9am-5pm.
Key responsibilities:
- Resolving complex customer service issues
- Answering incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Servicing, filing and organise the mailbox
- Responding to email queries efficiently
- Bringing problems to light and preventing their reoccurrence
- Monitoring accuracy of database information
- Identifying strategies to improve quality of service
- Inputting and filing forms correctly and efficiently
- Assisting on any other strategic projects as required
Key traits:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to problem-solve
- Excellent attention to detail both written and oral
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
- Target driven, with previous experience of working with KPIs
