Juice are delighted to be supporting a well-established supplier in the food industry who are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service & Administrative professional to join their team.

Working with a broad range of clients, including restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses across the region, the company takes pride in delivering high-quality products with a focus on consistency and tailored service.

The role requires an individual with strong communication and administrative skills who can confidently handle customer interactions and provide essential office support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, addressing queries and ensuring smooth order processes

  • Relay customer feedback effectively to internal teams

  • Provide administrative assistance to sales and office departments

  • Deliver excellent after-sales support to maintain strong client relationships

  • Answer phone calls professionally and take appropriate action

  • Act as the primary point of contact for order placements

What we are looking for:
  • Comfortable handling phone calls, both inbound and outbound, with professionalism and confidence

  • Strong communication skills to liaise efficiently across departments

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure

  • Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities effectively

This is a full-time, permanent role, operating Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available.

Experience Required:
