Working with a broad range of clients, including restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses across the region, the company takes pride in delivering high-quality products with a focus on consistency and tailored service.
The role requires an individual with strong communication and administrative skills who can confidently handle customer interactions and provide essential office support.
Key Responsibilities:-
Maintain regular contact with clients, addressing queries and ensuring smooth order processes

Relay customer feedback effectively to internal teams

Provide administrative assistance to sales and office departments

Deliver excellent after-sales support to maintain strong client relationships

Answer phone calls professionally and take appropriate action

Act as the primary point of contact for order placements

Comfortable handling phone calls, both inbound and outbound, with professionalism and confidence

Strong communication skills to liaise efficiently across departments

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure

Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities effectively
This is a full-time, permanent role, operating Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available.
