What You'll Be DoingThis role is all about delivering top-notch service while building lasting client relationships. You'll:
- Handle calls and emails, providing excellent support for client queries and issues.
- Manage contracts, troubleshoot login issues, and keep timesheets on track.
- Use a variety of software to maintain clean, accurate internal databases.
- Direct inquiries to umbrella companies and liaise with external contacts.
- Take ownership of improving and expanding the customer feedback process.
- Build strong relationships with clients, managing accounts and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
With plenty of software tools to learn and use, you'll need a bit of tech confidence and a willingness to adapt to new systems.
