Signature Recruitment are delighted to be working with a world-renowned beauty company in the hunt for temporary Customer Care Coordinators until the end of December 2024. The company is a luxury brand, they are well known not only for their products, but also their exceptional customer service.

Joining a friendly and dynamic team, you’ll be working across email, telephone, and live chat to help solve customer queries. The team have a strong focus on creating a fun and interactive working environment, so if you’re looking for a short-term assignment where you can work with a team of like-minded professionals, this could be perfect.

This is a temporary position for 3 months.

Salary and Benefits:

  • This is a temporary role till the end of December 2024, working Monday-Friday, on a bi- weekly rotation 9am - 5pm and 9.30am - 6.30pm
  • £12.00 per hour (plus holiday pay)

Responsibilities:

  • To answer all calls and respond to live chat and emails within the agreed timescales.
  • To ensure all calls, live chats, emails and bookings are made accurately
  • Ensure that any orders, bookings, enquiries and complaints are turned around within 24-48 hours striving towards a first-time resolution.
  • To educate oneself with updated product information, details of promotions and offers and actively participate in coaching and training sessions.
